How do you make the documents personal to me?

When you place your order, you will be asked to submit your current CV and any other relevant information. A consultation call will then be arranged, which will be to discuss your skills, experiences, career path and to get to know you as a person.

What are your working hours?

Consultation calls can be held at your convenience, whether during the day, evenings or at the weekend.

How soon can you get the documents completed?

Our standard turnaround is approximately 7 days, but an express service (at an additional cost) may be available if you require this.

When I receive the first draft, can I make changes or suggestions or is that the end of the process?

You can make suggestions and changes, either by email or another call if necessary/preferred. There is no time limit on our side to complete your documents, so take as much time as you need to go backwards and forwards and get them perfect.

Do you offer discounts for multiple products?

Yes, we offer discounts if you buy more than one service at a time (or return within a year of your order).

Do you offer different levels for less or more experienced people?

Yes, we offer 5 different levels for CV writing. For interview training and other services, the programme is delivered according to your individual needs and requirements, as well as your preferred learning style.

What if my CV doesn't get me interviews?

We are confident that it will. But if you find that you are not securing interviews, contact us and we will be happy to review this with you further.
